If you are coming to Lugano for either business or leisure, this luxurious development offers comfort and convenience. The communal facilities include a co-working space, a restaurant & bar with extensive outdoor seating, a gym and separate storage.
The airy studio apartment sleeps 2 people. The living area, with its soothing décor, has a modern sofa, a flat-screen Smart TV and a dining table with 2 seats. The open plan kitchen is well-equipped with a cooker hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and Nespresso machine.

It is known for its rich cultural heritage, picture-perfect streets and stunning natural setting. There are many excellent restaurants and cafés where you can sample the local cuisine and wines. For self-catering, Lungano’s farmers’ market (Tuesdays and Fridays) in Via Carducci (20 mins walk) is the place to go to pick up the best ingredients.
A day trip out on the Lago Lugano is not to be missed. For magnificent views out over the city, lakes and mountains take the funicular railway up to Monte San Salvatore (a 45min walk from the apartment).
You can discover the city’s cultural life through its many museums and cultural events. There are festivals throughout the year, for contemporary arts, music, gastronomy and even running.
For business travellers, the apartment is just an 11-minute walk from the Centro Esposizioni Lugano exhibition centre and an 18-minute walk from the Palazzo Dei Congressi Lugano.
The closest international airports are in Italy - Milan Malpensa 1 hour and 5 minutes away by car, or Milan Linate, a 1 hour and 20-minute journey. Arriving by train? Lugano’s railway station is a 25-minute walk from the apartment.
