An ideal base for a business or leisure trip to Lugano. This stylish studio apartment is on the fourth floor of a striking, contemporary residence in a quiet, but central, neighbourhood.

The studio apartment sleeps 2 people in comfort. The living area has a chic, contemporary sofa, a coffee table, a flat-screen Smart TV and a dining table with 2 seats. The table also doubles up as a workspace. The ultra-modern, open plan kitchen is well-equipped with a cooker hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and Nespresso machine. All fittings throughout the apartment are of the highest quality.

There is a comfortable pull-down double bed in the living room.

A day trip on Lago Lugano sailing between Switzerland and Italy is not to be missed, or if you prefer to stay on land, a stroll along the waterfront in Parco Ciani (15 minutes walk) and the Old Town is a relaxing way to soak up the beauty of your surroundings.
For business travellers, the apartment is just an 11-minute walk from the Centro Esposizioni Lugano exhibition centre and an 18-minute walk from the Palazzo Dei Congressi Lugano.
