The spacious living room with pale stone floors and contemporary décor has a modern sofa, a flat-screen Smart TV and a dining table with 2 seats. A glass door leads out onto a private balcony with a wooden table and two chairs where you can dine al fresco. Next to a floor to ceiling window, by the dining area, is an open plan kitchen, where you will find everything you might need during your stay: a cooker hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and Nespresso machine.

There is a comfortable pull-down double bed in the living room.
