About this house rental
This Beautifully furnished home overlooks a Lake with terrific views from every angle.
It features 2621 sq.ft. under air with a screened in heated pool and jacuzzi.Electric pool heater available for additional fees. This home has been tastefully decorated and has a very true Floridian look. The Master Suite features a King Size Bed, private bath with a separate tub & shower, a walk in closet, and private entrance to the Pool.There are two additional bedrooms one with a Queen bed and the other bedroom has twin beds. There is also an office with a computer and printer and pull out sofa.
We have just updated the den with an 85 inch ultra high definition 4k tv. We have also added 3 premium channels Showtime,HBO and Starz
This home is located in the Crown Pointe community which has a Club House with work out gym, Tennis courts and an Over sized Heated pool.
We do not offer pool heating from July 1st - October 1st.
All seasonal pool and hot tub heating is include in the price.
The Clubhouse fee of is also included.

Excellent communication with Sal, the owner. He answered all our questions, and our stay was fantastic! Great location, and the neighborhood was beautiful! We used the pool every day, and it was perfect! Our family can't wait to stay here again.

We had a fantastic week. It was so much more enjoyable having our fur baby with us. The kids loved having their own bedrooms and the hot tub was amazing.
