During that time frame pricing will account for the pool being unavailable.

Unit was nice and updated. View was great of the beach and the shuttle launch. Master bedroom needs a screen on the window and kitchen pans could use an upgrade. Overall enjoyed the stay and would recommend.

Overall the property is in great shape. The grounds are updated and very well maintained. The pool is great, a few steps to the beach etc. The room was as advertised. The property has amazing views off the front balcony and the rear balcony. You can see the beach and Cocoa pier to the south, to the north you have more ocean views, views of the port and all the cruise ships, and amazing views of the space center. We watched a rocket launch from Kennedy and my other watched it from the balcony. Her views were way better. You can clearly see all the launch pads. Overall I would definitely recommend this property and I would stay here again.
