About this cottage rental
Our Coconut Farm Cottage is pleasantly placed in the midst of hundreds of coconut trees and a short walk to one of St Kitts most beautiful beaches. We are located right next door to the Park Hyatt Hotel. Great restaurants nearby within walking distance. Relax on the veranda with a cold drink & enjoy the outstanding view of the Island of Nevis over the palms. Truly a spectacular home!

This place was amazing! Tou can tell they put a lot of love into this property. Michelle was the one that greeted us and she was so sweet and informative. The property definitely has an island vibe. No air-conditioning anywhere except the bedroom but to be honest, the breeze was so wonderful you didn't feel like we needed much. We used the kitchen every day and it was stocked with all the essentials cooking tools. The outside shower at night was amazing! Beach access is a short walk away in either direction. I would definitely stay here again!!

Perfect! My husband and I stayed 9 days at coconut farm, absolutely loved the house and grounds. Bacchus- the farm cottage management was fantastic, he greeted us with warm smile and always willing to assist. The house was so clean and well appointed. The bathroom was large and shower was huge. The king bed was huge and comfy, with the best pillows. The kitchen had everything we wanted. Other items that were so helpful, cooler backpack, beach chairs and umbrella. The outdoor area was lovely. The walk ability and distance to the beach and restaurants like spice mill and reggae beach bar were great. The view from the deck of the bedroom was fantastic. The air conditioning was much appreciated!! Loved the home and island. We fell in love with the little dog that visited us from time to time. We will be back. Perfect vacation.

Loved it, it’s exactly as advertised. AC struggles during the day, and you must rent a car, th coffee shop on site is very good breakfast but not open all the time. Thy were great hosts, lots of wildlife around, climbing the volcano, climbing the little hill shittan bay—-no shade be aware, regee beach bar, good times and friendly. Over all recommend but you are isolated and will be chilling slowly. If you need resort life, don’t book this one.
Rams for grocery’s and right inside frigate bay is a very reasonable liquor store with a good owner. Inside and out massage was good after all the hikes
