About this apartment rental
Welcome to Nelson Spring Beach Resort. Don't just cast your cares aside...cast them seaside on the beautiful island of Nevis! This spacious beachfront paradise with central air conditioning features calming front seat ocean views and peaceful sounds of the gentle waves of the Caribbean Sea. This villa sits on a beautiful expanse of white sand beaches, perfect for strolling, swimming and sunbathing! Your oasis awaits just steps from the front door.
PLEASE NOTE: A new villa has been under construction next to our villa. From within the villa, noise isn't a concern. From the ocean view veranda's right side, a portion of the project is visible. The view of the Caribbean is not obstructed. Although noise is a possibility, we have received just one complaint from over 50 guests over the course of the last year.
This nicely-appointed 2 bedroom villa features 2 queen-sized beds on the second level (stairs required), and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, to comfortably accommodate a total of 6 guests. The oceanfront screened-in veranda allows for relaxing while inside the unit. There is also a balcony off of the primary bedroom where you can soak in the first light of a new day or enjoy a cup of coffee! Fresh linens are provided as well as house beach towels for your use during your stay. Electrical outlets are USA style Type B.
The resort may have security cameras at the entrance and common areas.
On premise's parking accommodates up to two vehicles. For your convenience, a private washer and dryer closet is below the unit for your use. In an effort to be a good neighbor, events and parties are not permitted. Smoking, vaping and underage drinking are not permitted.
Our guests have full access to the entire unit, with exception to the owner's closet, and are also free to use the shared pool. There are a few lounge chairs on the beach that are available for your enjoyment and are exclusively for Nelson Spring Beach Resort owners and guests. Outdoor showers are available for rinsing.
Stairs required to access second level with bedrooms and bathrooms. Furniture should not be moved. Snorkeling gear is not provided.
For your planning purposes, please note a government water rationing schedule may occasionally be put in place whereby water would be turned off island-wide each night. At other times, water pressure island-wide may be reduced overnight. Periodically, temporary water service interruptions occur on the island, lasting several hours. They are generally quickly mitigated to restore service.

Gorgeous, well maintained, beachfront property on a perfect strip of the beach. We couldn’t have picked a better spot. We stayed the first week of April and had the beach to ourselves. There was construction going on the property next to our villa, but it was pretty light and did not impact our joy, in fact it was nice to hear the local music. The Barefoot Beach bar on the grounds was a pleasant surprise. Their food is amazing!! We went there almost everyday. The bartenders were very friendly and gave us tips on where to go and what to do. We also walked down the beach to breakfast and dinner at Yachtsman Grill - a beach walk for a delicious meal - doesn’t get much better than that!!! Don’t sleep on the artisan shop at the front of the grounds - they have beautiful artwork from local artists. Highly recommend this property!

The condo, resort, and owners/managers were all excellent and truly gave us a 5-star experience. The condo was immaculately clean and it had everything needed for a comfortable stay; there was no need to buy anything. Even the sofa bed was comfortable due to a mattress topper. Vanessa will help to arrange airport transportation, car rental, and whatever else you need. Nelson Spring Resort is similarly well-maintained with a lovely pool and clean beach loungers. The condo overlooks a pristine beach, and has two good eateries nearby - the Barefoot Beach Shack on the beach, and the Indian Summer restaurant a 5-minute walk away. There is also a lovely gift shop, the Olive Tree, on the premises that has original works by Nevisian and other Caribbean artists.There are many interesting things to do in Nevis. The Vanilla Plantation was a great experience, and there is hiking, ATV tours, an interesting and beautiful Botanical Garden, the River Walk/Coconut Grove plantation (ask the guard for a tour, it's well worth it), hot baths, and many other things. I realize this sounds like an advertisement, but the condo, the resort, and the island really were that nice!I hope to stay here again on a return trip. If you stay here, you too will want to return.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Nelson Spring villa. The view of the ocean and of St Kitts were breath taking along with the beautiful sunsets. The location was perfect, easy walk on the beach to several restaurants. The villa was perfect for our getaway to Nevis. We will definitely stay here again when we return to the island.

Wonderful location. Walked to Christi Beach Club for breakfast and lunch - amazing place! Loved the food at Barefoot Bar on site. Yachtsman’s Club a very short beach walk with great wine list and dinner menu. Vanessa the concierge that came with the condo was an angel. And the views are simply spectacular. Would stay again!!!
