The pictures do not tell the full story of the breathtaking the view from this house. You will get to enjoy seeing the sunrise every morning. Everything was clean and well kept up. The home is beautifully decorated. The floor plan is large and spacious and well suited for a large family. We will definitely stay here again.

Property has a spectacular view of the Caribbean Sea and Atlantic Ocean, and a wonderful breeze. Our group consisted of 2 couples and one single; we each had our own room with ensuite, which was wonderful. The Villa was spacious and the kitchen had everything you needed should you choose to cook your own meals. We only had breakfast in Villa and ordered in twice (Indian and pizza - both awesome) Walking distance to beach (one of our party did this); we rented a car so we could explore the Island. Great beaches close by; Frigate Bay and Friars Bay. Property Manager Velma was excellent; prior to our visit, Velma had made arrangements for our pick up from airport and made reservations for dinner on the beach strip; we didn't arrive until 7 pm and were not able to get our rental vehicle until the Sunday morning. Velma also made great recommendations on where to dine. We certainly would recommend Villa Laurent and will definitely stay there again.

Large, spacious property, beautiful bedrooms each with ensuite, Stupendous views out to the ocean and Marriott hotel below and a balcony that could easily hold 50 people. Location in Frigate Bay is excellent with aiport 7 minutes away, town centre 9 minutes, food and supermarket, 6 minutes... This place is spectacular.. The PM Lavern was awesome and went out of her way to make our trip enjoyable. Sitting on a lounger on the balcony on a warm, balmy Caribbean night drinking a beer watching the sunset..... As good as it gets...Recommend you hire a car... roads are excellent and easy to Navigate.. a few good eateries down by the Marriott which is not too far (7 minutes).. Back to the house.,. Massive kitchen with all utensils, laundry room with everything.. It's a shame they only have 5 stars available.
