You are going to love your stay at our newly remodeled 3 bedroom & 2 full bathroom home with an open kitchen & living room at a great location in Lubbock. Walking distance to both Covenant Hospitals & just minutes from Texas Tech makes this the perfect spot for any trip to town. This beautiful home features a luxurious master suite, a spacious queen in the 2nd bedroom, a comfortable set of twin beds in the 3rd bedroom, & a queen sofa sleeper. Each room has a smart tv & fast WiFi!
This home was remodeled to provide the perfect amenities so that your stay will be amazing! Each bedroom features clean and comfortable beds with 5 star linens along with a large smart tv.
The kitchen is fully equipped with new stainless appliances as well as all of the necessary kitchenware to serve you and your party. The kitchen, dining area, and living room are open making for a comfortable and spacious area to relax and entertain.
Each bathroom is stocked with toiletries and feature a West Texas favorite, Tecolote Handmade Soaps.
You will experience the fastest internet available making it easy to stay up to date with work projects or stream your favorite shows. A desk is located in the bonus room and near one of the WiFi hotspots providing you with a comfortable spot to take care of necessary responsibilities.
The laundry room is fully equipped with a washer and dryer along with and iron and ironing board.
The property is professionally cleaned, making it not only fresh and inviting, but COVID safe. You can book with confidence.
If you need additional space, this home is 2 doors down from my property "Heart of the Medical District", which is a 4/3 that sleeps 10.
You will have access to the entire house (the garage is not available for guest use).
This property offers contactless checkin and checkout using smart locks and a Ring Doorbell. I am local and available to assist as needed, but will not be present at the property.
You won't find a better location in Lubbock. This home is a 2 minute walk to both Covenant Hospital campuses and a 15 minute walk to the United Supermarkets Arena. Several great restaurants as well as drugstores are located a few blocks away. The Marsha Sharp Freeway is nearby making it easy to drive anywhere in Lubbock. The Preston Smith International Airport is less than a 15 minute drive from the home.
Great restaurants within walking distance include Thai Pepper, Jazz Louisiana Kitchen, Hayashi Midtown as well as Scholtzskys. Within a mile of the house you will find Picantes Restaurant, J & M Barbeque, Caprock Cafe, Five Guys Burgers, And Bigham's Barbeque.
We typically don't allow pets but make exceptions on rare occasions. Please message me about pets prior to booking.

The check in/out process was convenient. The kitchen and bathroom had everything you need for a trip. The house was clean and very comfortable. Super cute house. We would stay there again.

The house had a rustic yet modern chic aesthetic. It was exactly as described/pictured. Visited Texas Tech w/the family. Plenty of room for everyone, Keurig was appreciated, and the rain shower in the master was amazing. It was the little added touches that we appreciated the most like complimentary toothbrushes and razors. You have no idea how handy those things come in until you need them. The kitchen had everything you need and then some for cooking. The complimentary sugar, creamer, and tea packets were very thoughtful. Excellent communication with the property manager. Check in and check out were easy. We will definitely be renting this home again as we will be visiting Tech often in the coming years.
