This beautiful home features 2 luxurious master suites, a spacious queen in the 3rd bedroom, a comfortable set of twin beds in the 4th bedroom, & a queen sofa sleeper. Each room has a smart tv & fast WiFi!

This home was remodeled to provide the perfect amenities so that your stay will be amazing! Each bedroom features clean and comfortable beds with 5 star linens along with a large smart tv.

The kitchen is fully equipped with new stainless appliances as well as all of the necessary kitchenware to serve you and your party. The kitchen, dining area, and living room are open making for a spacious and comfortable area to relax and entertain.

You will experience the fastest internet available making it easy to stay up to date with work projects or stream your favorite shows. A desk is located in the dining room and near one of the WiFi hotspots providing you with a comfortable spot to take care of necessary responsibilities.

Each bathroom is stocked with toiletries and feature a West Texas favorite, Tecolote Handmade Soaps.

The laundry room is fully equipped with a large capacity washer and dryer along with an iron and ironing board.

You will have access to the entire property.

You won't find a better location in Lubbock. This home is a 2 minute walk to both Covenant Hospital campuses and a 15 minute walk to the United Supermarkets Arena. Several great restaurants as well as drugstores are located a few blocks away. The Marsha Sharp Freeway is nearby making it easy to drive anywhere in Lubbock. The Preston Smith International Airport is less than a 15 minute drive from the home.

Great restaurants within walking distance include Thai Pepper, Jazz Louisiana Kitchen, Hayashi Midtown as well as Scholtzskys. Within a mile of the house you will find Picantes Restaurant, J & M Barbeque, Caprock Cafe, Five Guys Burgers, And Bigham's Barbeque.
