The property is close to campus.
The mop bucket and brooms were left out, one bedroom had no sheets on the bed, the master bedroom is at least 10 degrees warmer than the rest of the house, there were still wet towels in the washer, no beds had top sheets, the dishwasher didn't work, and the seal to the toilet in the master bedroom was in need of repair. When it was reported we were told a technician would show up, they did not for two days. There were also dryer sheets shoved in the vent in one of the bedrooms which makes one think the hvac system might need to be repaired. A partial refund for the stay was requested for the stay and I was told the property would reach out...radio silence!!
