Located on Keawakapu Beach, one of Maui's best swimming and snorkeling beaches, with unobstructed ocean views to the outer islands and beyond, this third-floor condo sets a spectacular tone for your ultimate Maui beach adventure. One of only two condo properties on locals-favorite Keawakapu Beach, Hale Hui Kai 313 is an air-conditioned, tastefully renovated oasis positioned a one-minute beach stroll from one of the most vibrant snorkeling reefs on Maui's south shore.
At first glance, the tasteful tropical decor may seem just that - but look closer, and you'll find authentic treasures lifted from Maui's past. Original paintings from iconic Maui artist Rik Fitch, a vintage utility pot rescued from the old Lahaina Sugar Plantation repurposed as lanai décor, a hand-made ukulele from Honolulu fashioned around the opening of a coconut shell, a bench salvaged from a reno at the ocean front Wailea Point, and an array of now-rare Koa pieces are among the pieces lovingly collected and displayed by the unit's owner, a rare original owner.
The view never gets old from the oversized beach-front lanai, which offers up views of Molokini Crater and Kahoolawe Island. There is also a refreshing fresh water pool a few feet from the beach.

We stayed a week with our 9 year old twins and had a great time. The hosts were very helpful getting us in a bit early since our flight arrived sooner than expected. Views are gorgeous, right on the beach with a nice pool. Condo had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I will say, I wish the primary suite had a heavier blanket on top, we got quite chilly a few times. Other than that, a perfect memorable stay with my family.
