About this apartment rental
See Keawakapu Beach, the Pacific, and Maui's mountains from a seventh-floor corner condo chosen by the building's original developer for its special position. This two-bedroom, two-bath Mana Kai home sleeps up to four and has the privacy of an end-stack layout, with no walkway outside the front bedroom window and ocean views from both sides. Take your coffee to the private balcony, then walk down to the beach, swim in the shared pool, or use the fitness center before the day begins. The full kitchen makes it easy to eat in when the view is too good to leave, and ceiling fans keep the interior feeling fresh. South Kihei and Wailea dining are close when you want to go out. Bring a small family or another couple and claim a high, peaceful perch over one of Maui's most loved stretches of sand. Air conditioning is provided.
The Space:
This seventh-floor corner condo was selected by the building's developer for its broad beach, ocean, and mountain outlook. As an end-stack home, it has no walkway outside the front bedroom window, adding privacy and unobstructed ocean views from both sides. The full kitchen has full-size appliances, ceiling fans cool the rooms, and a tile-inlaid shower helps rinse away a day at the beach.
Guest Access:
Guests at Mana Kai Maui Resort enjoy access to the oceanfront communal pool, hot tub, and fitness center, right on one of South Kihei's finest beaches. An elevator and disabled parking spot make getting around easy, and the beachfront setting puts the sand just outside. Some resort facilities are operated independently by the resort.
The Neighborhood:
Mana Kai Maui Resort sits directly on Keawakapu Beach at the South Kihei and Wailea edge, putting soft sand and a long, walkable shoreline at the center of the stay. Begin with a beach walk, swim or snorkel when conditions allow, then follow the coast toward the restaurants, coffee, and beach parks of South Kihei. Wailea's beaches and dining are also close by. This location feels more beach-first than town-centered, which is exactly the appeal: you can make the ocean part of every day, then head out only when you want a change of scene.
Getting Around:
Kahului Airport is about 20 to 30 minutes away, an easy drive down Maui's sunny south shore. A rental car is recommended to make the most of Kihei's many beaches, shops, and restaurants spread along the coast. Some stretches near South Kihei Road are walkable to dining and shopping, while beaches are often just minutes away. Parking is typically available on site, in lots, or along nearby streets.
Other Things to Note:
Kayaks are available for rent for an additional fee. This property is managed by Heavenly Vacations.
