We were very impressed that the check-in process was so easy. The room was very clean and we were very happy with the refresh cleanings as well. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The bed was comfortable. The views were amazing.We have absolutely no negative feedback. It was a great place to stay for the week.

Such an amazing property. Could use some updating but that’s personal preference. But love the mana Kai and the property management company was awesome.

From the moment we arrived, everything was outstanding. The host personally met us at check-in — something I’ve never experienced before — and it made us feel immediately welcomed. To our surprise, there was a birthday card signed by the management team along with macadamia nut–covered chocolates waiting for us. Such a thoughtful gesture!The condo was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully located with unbeatable views. The kitchen was stocked with everything we could possibly need — towels, linens, soaps for both bathroom and kitchen, toilet paper, paper towels, and more — giving it a polished hotel feel rather than a lived-in condo.Midway through our stay, housekeeping came by, which was a very nice touch. The management company checked in regularly to make sure everything was perfect, and when we had one small glitch, they took care of it right away. Their attentiveness and professionalism truly stood out.Overall, this stay exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend this management company and will definitely book one of their Mana Kai properties again!
