About this apartment rental
South Maui oceanviews from both bedrooms and the living room/kitchen. This private oceanfront condo is on the second floor of the south side of the building ...about 30 steps along the pathway leads to the gem of south Maui, Keawakapu Beach!
Keawakapu Beach, located on the south shore of Maui, Hawaii, is known for its stunning natural beauty and tranquil atmosphere. This picturesque beach is a favorite spot for locals and return visitors and features soft golden sand, clear waters, and lush greenery surrounding the area. It's a great spot for families to swim, snorkel, and sunbathe, and watch the sun set at the end of the day.
The master Bedroom has a king size bed and en suite bathroom. Guest bedroom has two twins which can be converted to a king bed (upon request and approval). There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room so this beachfront location can accommodate six guests.
This condo is equipped with split AC units in each bedroom (no AC in the main living space). At this beachfront property we provide beach towels, beach chairs, and a beach cooler. We suggest renting beach toys (such as a beach umbrella, snorkel gear, paddle boards, boogie boards, etc) from one of the many rental companies on Maui.
Hale Hui Kai is a beloved location among first time visitors and repeat guests. There is a small shared oceanfront pool next to the common area covered lanai, which is equipped with comfortable lounge space for guests to enjoy when you need a break from the Maui sun.

We spent a very pleasant 5 days in this condo. The unit is lovely inside and out. It has a wrap-around balcony and a full view of the ocean and beach, just as it is shown in the property description. Having direct access to the beach, just a few steps away, meant enjoyable, peaceful walks along the shore early in the morning and great views of the sunset in the evening. We definitely will return!

I have stayed at HHK for 30 years and love it. Unit 211 is the greatest location and view. I should hesitate to give it such a good review because I want it to be available every year when I want to go, but I have to be honest it’s my favorite!
