About this house rental
Our home has 2 bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The Master bedroom has a King Casper mattress, 60` TV, desk, and a private door to the front viewing deck. Bedroom #2 has a bunk bed (queen on bottom/twin on top), arcade games, closet stocked with additional games, 60` TV, and a private back deck. We have a well-equipped kitchen with 2 TVs in the main area, and a desk. The outdoor downstairs area has a fire pit, bistro table, grill, outdoor shower, and food prep station with a sink.
NO PARTIES. NO UNDISCLOSED GUESTS OR PETS. We charge $200 per guest that is not disclosed per day. Our pet fee is $150 per dog.

Unbelievable views and no neighbors! House was so well appointed with nearly everything we could need, including spices and coffee. I would definitely stay here again if I can get back to the area. Loved watchings dolphins in the sea and pelican fly-overs. Excellent communication.

The house was perfect for a family of four. The house was clean and well maintained. The ocean was steps from the house, if you’re looking to surf fish this is the place for you. We caught 3 bull reds along with an assortment of other fish. Will definitely stay here again.
