This our 3rd time staying at Splash house, always very enjoyable time! The house is perfectly placed on the beach! You can see forever from the deck & watch the dolphins & shrimp boats all day! The house is always clean & has more than enough room! We will be booking our 4th time staying there soon! Oh it's also east end of the beach not to busy!

As noted the House was great. Only major concern not noted or advised during my reservation was two addition beach houses were under construction next directly next door.
So the early morning nail guns while installing two roof, painters yelling to each other on the project as well as the use of a front end load/tractor during one full day of clean up was a bit of a major dissatisfer during my relaxing getaway. Add in the loss of power for a few hours added to the frustration, but I understand it’s an island and power is questionable.
So in short the house was great, if your looking for a quiet getaway make sure the property or adjoining properties aren’t under construction.
