Beautiful property right off the shore! Our family really enjoyed it! It was very clean and had plenty of space and things for the kiddos. My husband and I enjoyed playing checkers at the table during our morning coffee time! That was a sweet touch! Would definitely stay there again!

Everything was great

We love the Gilchrist beach, as it is more secluded than Crystal Beach. This is one of my favorite beach houses because of the location, the arrangement of the house, comfy furniture and beds, as well as it having a well-stocked kitchen and great outdoor beach supplies we were allowed to use. It was extremely clean, and everything was in great working order. Also, the host left a nice property notebook that was very informative, covering almost anything you want to know, in addition to communicating well by way of messages. It does have a small shower area with both hot and cold water inside the garage. I didn't see this mentioned in the amenities, but was very appreciative of having it. This stretch of beach is sparsely populated, while having adequate beach width, which was not the case in our last rental nearby. We were there during the week, and sometimes saw people park on the beach for the day, but not many. Still, it is likely more crowded on the weekends. Overall, we were very happy with this house and would definitely stay again.⁰
