Escape to Ocean View II, a stunning beachfront house in Bolivar Peninsula, Texas! This charming property offers breathtaking ocean views and direct beach access, perfect for a relaxing getaway. Spend your days sunbathing on the beach, grilling on the BBQ, or simply relaxing on the patio. You'll love the views of the Gulf and of East Galveston Bay. This home features a residential elevator (approved for passenger use), so it's perfect for guests who have difficulty with stairs. The screened deck area is perfect for enjoying the sound of the waves without those extra "friends" (insects) interrupting. Located in Gilchrist, this house is secluded but still near attractions and experiences, ensuring a memorable vacation for everyone.
Enjoy the gorgeous modern decor and amenities in the great room. You'll find cozy furnishings for relaxing after a day in the sun and sand. There is a fully equipped kitchen, with both Keurig and regular drip coffee makers, a wine fridge, and a charming coffee bar area for enjoying your morning brew.
