1/4 mile from the Du Quoin State Fairgrounds. 1 bedroom 1 bathroom. 2 sleeper sofas. Washer and dryer. Plenty of room to enjoy. 1 acre lot and plenty of room for parking and can park any size trailer.

Loved this little tiny house. The only thing I would have liked to see was the kitchen extras cleaned. I used the air fryer and it was nasty. I washed it before and after trying to leave it better than it was. I did love that they had extra personal items for use in case we forgot something. This is the absolute perfect location for those indoor tournaments at DuQuoin!! Will definitely stay there again!

Nice place, clean, easy check-in but if you are chemical or fragrance sensitive this place may not be for you. Plug-in's in most of the outlets... 1 in bedroom, 2 in living room, 1 in bathroom, 2 in kitchen. So overwhelming. Advised owner and he was going to check with housekeeping. Hopefully that issue has been addressed.
