Head out to the balcony each morning with a cup of coffee and breathe in the fresh salty air. When everyone returns from a day of exploring the island, kick back and relax as you play a movie in the living area before dozing off to the sound of the tide in the distance.
Perched in the northern end of Tybee Island, you will have access to numerous attractions just minutes from your front door. The entire island is lined with pristine sand and beautiful waters of the Atlantic Ocean. When you want a break from endless days lounging on the beach, the Tybee Island Light Station And Museum, Fort Screven, a plethora of restaurants, and various shops are all within a mile from your home base. For a day trip, take the scenic 15-mile drive to Savannah and explore the charming streets and restaurants that are scattered throughout the city.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Good location. Beautiful beach nearby. Walls and ceilings dusty and had cobwebs. Linens smelled of mildew in places. Right size. Good price. Our door code deactivated midway through our stay.stay.stay. Not wheelchair or walker accessible. handicapped acvessible

There was no beach view. Actually the living area looked directly onto the walkway so people were constantly walking right in front and looking in. I kept the drapes closed. Unfortunately that gave it a dark feeling. Check in instructions were not correct. Gate was up all the time. No idea where the box with the gate pass was or who to see about it. There is no direction for parking or which section to go up to find the appropriate hallway. It was clean and nice. Kitchen was sparsely supplied. Lids and pots did not match (sizes).
