Cozy little ground level efficiency apartment! Sleeps a max of 4 (Rates are based on 2 guests. Over 2 is an additional charge of $20.00 per guest, per night.). Must be 25 to rent this property. A perfect getaway for a couple or small family.
Located approximately 200 ft. to the beach. The property has one king bedroom with TV that opens into the living area. The living area has a double size sleeper sofa and is a open room with a mini kitchen, TV & Wifi. The apartment building has a small shared area with corn hole, picnic tables, charcoal & gas grills, and an outdoor shower. No smoking or pets. (This unit offers off season 1-3 month rentals only per booking for 2 adults only from Sept. 7 to end of Mar. 7. Great for traveling nurses or workers.) Cleaning fee will be more than posted and may be more if electricity runs over $100 and a damage deposit.)

Clean and safe. More convenient than a hotel. 2 min, easy walk to the beach. I had coffee at the beach every morning! You can see the sunrise in the morning and moon rise at night. Beach was not busy, we almost had it to ourselves. Kitchen was well stocked, linens provided. I brought a few washcloths/dishcloths to not run out. Has 12 cup coffee maker, coffee filters were provided. My son said the pull out sofabed was comfortable. The king bed was comfortable. Papertowels, dish soap, and hand soap were provided. No laundry, but nice laundromat across the street/highway. Historic Fort Screven gate is right at the beach boardwalk entrance. I walked to the historic Fort grounds and lighthouse. Nice park in there. The Waves and Island Style stores across the highway have cheap beach umbrellas, etc. I recommend the Irritable Pelican at the visitor across the highway for meaningful souvenirs. They have handmade artisan souvenirs at good prices. It was a wonderful stay. I would absolutely stay again.
