Cozy little ground level efficiency apartment! Sleeps a max of 4 (Rates are based on 2 guests. Over 2 is an additional charge of $20.00 per guest, per night.). Must be 25 to rent this property. A perfect getaway for a couple or small family.
Located approximately 200 ft. to the beach. The property has one king bedroom with TV that opens into the living area. The living area has a double size sleeper sofa and is a open room with a mini kitchen, TV & Wifi. The apartment building has a small shared area with corn hole, picnic tables, charcoal & gas grills, and an outdoor shower. No smoking or pets. (This unit offers off season 1-3 month rentals only per booking for 2 adults only from Sept. 7 to end of Mar. 7. Great for traveling nurses or workers.) Cleaning fee will be more than posted and may be more if electricity runs over $100 and a damage deposit.)

Location location location. I have 2 suggestions for improvement. Change the cable boxes to either smart TV or Roku so people can stream what they like at night or when raining. Either put curtains on front door and windows or better blinds. The light from outside lit up the place at night. Other than those unit was great as were the owners!
