About this apartment rental
Quiet northeast beach apartment just 200 ft across the road to the beach access- Beautiful beach with good fishing & swimming. Ground level unit with kitchen/living room combo with queen sleeper sofa and one bedroom with king bed. Fully furnished kitchen items (no dishwasher). Towels and linens provided. Two Roku TV's & free Wi-Fi. Small back sitting area & shared lounging area in back of property with grills, outside shower and corn hole game. Sleeps max 4 (Rates are based on 2 guests. Over 2 is an additional charge of $20.00 per guest, per night.)

The Island has affordable taxi services for $5pp anywhere on the Island. We are a locally owned & family operated company. Our rental property is right passed the 2nd traffic light a couple houses behind the Sugar Shack on the left. We are also walking distance to Sundae Cafe, one of the best restaurants on the Island for dinner and other restaurants, shops, ATM, gas station and the Tybee Post Theater. The Lighthouse & Museum are also just a short few blocks away. AJ's Dockside has great food and a good place to watch sunset while you eat.
Come stay with us & enjoy our outdoor patios, grills, & Tiki lounge area! (This unit offers off season rentals for traveling nurses, traveling workers or if you just want to get away for a while for 1-3 months for 2 adults only, no pets, no smoking inside). Also, there is a damage deposit for monthly rentals and amount varies depending on how many months staying. Dirty sheets & towels will be picked up weekly for an extra fee and you will be given clean ones, unless you would like to use your own.)

Five days of comfort. We love the tiki bar and grill and put it to good use. The outside shower was a big plus. Of course the location was the reason we picked this place. Short walk to beach is perfect.

The apartment was clean and an easy walk to the ocean. The bathroom is a little outdated but clean and met our needs. The only thing we really wished was different was the sofa which was not very comfortable. Other than that it was perfect for our few days on the island.
