** PLEASE INQUIRE ABOUT SPECIAL RATES FOR 3-5 DAY WEEKDAY STAYS** This new 4 bedroom, 3 bath townhome with 2 car attached garage on historic Route 66 is just 3 minutes from the main street Milton Road and 6 minutes to the historic Heritage Square in Flagstaff. Located on the historic Old Route 66 it's an easy drive or Uber/Lyft ride to most Flagstaff attractions such as The Lowell Observatory (where Pluto was discovered), The Orpheum Theater, and Northern Arizona University (NAU). This new construction comfortable 3 story townhome includes a bunk room with 4 full sized twin XL beds (same length as a king), a room with a queen bed, a master suite with king bed, and a bonus room with a twin bed that pulls out into a double twin (this bed is listed as a queen, it is wider and shorter than a queen bed). A large kitchen fully stocked with kitchenware for making meals at home and an electric fireplace to help keep cozy on cold nights are all part of the experience while staying at this Railroad Springs home. In the hot summer days, this property does feature central air conditioning unlike many Flagstaff properties ***A/C is available when daytime temperatures are above 70F degrees (14C) - generally Memorial Day to Labor Day - AC can be available prior to Memorial Day and after Labor Day depending on weather.

My family of 6 had a wonderful time in and around Flagstaff with this townhome as our temporary home. Location was great. The host's instructions were clear and easy to follow. The home was spacious, clean, and comfortable.With a large family, we often stay at vacation home rentals instead of hotels. This is the type of place we always hope for!

Phil's property met our needs. We were a bit disappointed at check in to find that the property does not have the beds as advertised. Instead of one king, two queens, and 4 twins, it actually has one king, one queen, four twins, and one double twin. It accommodated us, but we had to get ahold of Phil to explain the discrepancy. Carpets are somewhat worn and dingy. Thermostat is kept at 80 at check-in, and it took nearly all night the first night to cool down. Other than that, it was a nice property in a good location. Phil was very friendly and helpful.
