Welcome to your perfect Flagstaff retreat with Air Conditioning! This family-friendly 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath home comfortably sleeps 8 guests (plus room for 2 more on an inflatable bed or sofa sleeper), making it ideal for families or small groups. The house has two dedicated parking spaces directly in front of the garage, no garage access.
The spacious primary suite is located on the first floor and features a king bed and a private ensuite bathroom for added comfort and privacy, and a large walk-in closet. Upstairs, you’ll find three additional bedrooms — two with queen beds and one with a twin-over-full bunk bed — each offering its own walk-in closet for convenient storage and comfort.
A full bathroom upstairs serves the three bedrooms, and a powder room (half bath) is located downstairs off the main living area for added convenience.
Enjoy endless entertainment in the large loft area, featuring a 4-in-1 game table that includes foosball, air hockey, table tennis, and pool — perfect for kids, teens, or adults looking for some friendly competition.

Great place to stay! Accommodated 10 of us, from young kids to grandparents. Communication was awesome, host even reached out when we accidentally left a jacket and still in the works of trying to get it back to us.

we have a few suggestions that could help them. Make it clear in the description that the garage is not to be used. WE had a parking problem, with 11 we had more that 2 cars. We ran out of toilet paper, advertised sleeps 11 but didn't have plates of glassware for 11, no teaspoons and 10 forks. There were 11 of us there. There were not extra blankets if we were cold (The downstairs bedroom was cold). It was very clean and nice.
