We stayed in this home for 30 days. The house was spacious and clean. With one exception, the beds were comfortable. When we arrived, we noticed the four chairs that were supposed to be around the firepit consisted of only two chairs. We ended up buying two lawn chairs. There were no kitchen towels, so we picked some up. There were no baking sheets or small pots for cooking so the kitchen could use some stocking. The living room furniture was not comfortable, and the room is better suited for a L shaped sofa. We chose this community because it had pickleball courts. However, when we showed up to play, the courts were locked. I immediately contacted our host and got no results after days of calling and emailing to get access to the courts. After losing about a week, a neighbor was nice enough to give us the code, and we did eventually get to play. The courts were rarely in use, so the locking seemed ridiculous. We enjoyed the Korean barbecue and being outside and used it several times. The back porch was tiny so we moved the table and barbecue to the backyard. Overall, this is a nice rental that could use some upgrades, but we enjoyed our month in Flagstaff and play to stay in this neighborhood (different house) again during the Christmas holidays.
