Ideal for couples, solo travellers, business stays, and pet owners, the space features vibrant interiors, warm timber elements, and comfortable furnishings for easy living.
The layout is practical and well-appointed, with air conditioning, heating, WiFi, and self check-in ensuring a relaxed stay.
A private enclosed courtyard provides a secure outdoor space, perfect for pets or enjoying time outside.
Located in Bassendean, close to Swan Valley wineries, cafés, and dining, with convenient access to Perth CBD and the airport.

After booking, guests will receive a secure link to complete an online check-in, including ID verification and acceptance of the rental agreement.
The property has exterior security cameras. Noise monitoring devices are also installed; these are privacy-compliant and do not record audio.
Pets are welcome; a small additional fee applies. Please notify us in advance.
No smoking or vaping inside. No candles or open flames.
No parties or events.
Quiet hours 10pm to 7am Monday to Saturday, and until 9am on Sundays and public holidays. Inside and out.
Only the guests on the booking. If you’d like to have people over, ask me first.
The person booking needs to be 25 or over.
Dogs are welcome with a pet fee. Please pick up after them and keep them off the furniture.
Please don’t take indoor furniture outside. A lot of the pieces here are one-offs I’ve hunted down and restored.
At Terra de Sol and The Tonic there’s an apartment directly above, so please keep noise down at night and early in the morning.
If something breaks, let me know. Things happen — I’d much rather hear it from you.

Everything was great, comfortable, affordable, parking for 2 cars. Easy access from car to the front door which was perfect for my Mother.
