Welcome to Terra de Sol, a warm and inviting Mediterranean-inspired retreat designed for comfort and relaxation.
Ideal for couples, small families, and pet owners, the home features light-filled interiors, natural tones, and a calm, easy-living atmosphere.
The layout is practical and well-appointed, with comfortable living spaces, a fully equipped kitchen, and modern conveniences for a seamless stay.
A private outdoor dining area with BBQ provides a great space to enjoy meals or relax outdoors.
Guests also benefit from secure parking for two vehicles, adding convenience for longer stays or multiple travellers.
Located near Guildford and the Swan Valley, the property offers easy access to wineries, cafés, and Perth CBD.

After booking, guests will receive a secure link to complete an online check-in, including ID verification and acceptance of the rental agreement.
The property has exterior security cameras. Noise monitoring devices are also installed; these are privacy-compliant and do not record audio.
Pets are welcome; an additional fee applies. Please notify us in advance.
The courtyard backs onto a main road, which can be busy at times.
No smoking or vaping inside. No candles or open flames.
No parties or events.
Quiet hours 10pm to 7am Monday to Saturday, and until 9am on Sundays and public holidays. Inside and out.
Only the guests on the booking. If you’d like to have people over, ask me first.
The person booking needs to be 25 or over.
Dogs are welcome with a pet fee. Please pick up after them and keep them off the furniture.
Please don’t take indoor furniture outside. A lot of the pieces here are one-offs I’ve hunted down and restored.
At Terra de Sol and The Tonic there’s an apartment directly above, so please keep noise down at night and early in the morning.
If something breaks, let me know. Things happen — I’d much rather hear it from you.

Pleasant and comfortable accommodations, handy spot. Road noise was a bit much for my dog when in the courtyard, but he's used to a quiet country street. Nice to have paving and grass in the little yard, nice size for small dogs.
