Luana Kai D305 is a top floor, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo that sleeps up to 6 with a prime beachfront location. Situated in the premier front row so you can enjoy gorgeous panoramic ocean views and some of the most beautiful Maui sunsets as you sit on your private lanai. This unit was perfect for my families annual vacation to Maui. The view was amazing and you could watch the sunsets from the balcony. The AC was a nice touch for these Alaskans. The pool on the property was always clean and sparkling! We’ll definitely be back!

This was a great value and location for our week in Kihei and exploring Maui. The unit fit our family of 5 perfectly and met all of our expectations. Full size laundry helped us pack lightly. Kitchen had all we needed. A nice bonus was the scuba masks, coolers and chairs next to laundry. While noted in description just be aware pickleball is very popular and starts almost each morning at 8AM sharp. Public courts are just outside the balcony. However, we quickly were able to tune it out and focus on the sound of the birds and waves. This property is conveniently located to many other things we wanted to do and just a very short drive to several restaurants and stores. Would recommend staying here. Very clean and the welcome package on the kitchen island was very much appreciated after a long travel day. Thank you!

Property was okay. There is no place to go for a run because there are only certain areas with sidewalk in this area and the beach is too uneven. There was loud noise because of pickle ball taking place all day and night. Water was muddy from a recent storm, so we had to travel 30-minutes north to get clean beach.
