A303 is on the third floor with great views of Molokini, Kahoolawe, Lanai, Maalaea Bay and the West Maui Mountains. It is ideal for watching awesome sunsets, windsurfers and kite boarders, as well as Humpback whales during winter season.
The bathroom cabinetry is bright white with granite counters. The common areas are tiled, while the bedrooms are carpeted. The lanai has a table and chairs for dining while taking in the view.
The living room area has high beam ceilings along with a ceiling fan. There is a tv and sofa bed in the living room. The remodeled kitchen has granite countertops, new appliances and all of the cooking essentials you need.
The master bedroom is in the upstairs loft area which looks down into the living room. There is a spacious King size bed and a full bathroom with a stand up shower. There is a ceiling fan and air conditioning for your comfort.
The guest bedroom downstairs has 2 twin beds, a ceiling fan and air conditioning. The guest bathroom features a tile vanity and tub/ shower combo.

We loved our stay! The only issue we came across is that our daughter stepped on a fish hook that was embedded into the carpet in the upstairs near the bathroom. We wore shoes when inside for the rest of our stay.

The location and view was spectacular. Everything we needed as a family of 4 plus more! The pool and pickleball courts were awesome! We loved being able to walk the beach and see turtles and watch the sunset from the balcony. A/C was great and the whole space was comfortable! Thanks for a great stay- I would definitely recommend it!

Beautiful location and the host was very responsive to questions. The kids loved how close the beach was and had fun playing shuffleboard. We had a wonderful time!
