Unit C110 is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, Ground floor condo with AC & a king size bed, two twin beds, and a sofa bed in the living room. You can dine on the lanai while enjoying a lush, green garden view. You can see a small part of the sea and the West Maui mountains from the lanai. Enjoy flowering ginger, plumeria, and other tropical flora right outside your lanai door. Beautifully remodeled kitchen. C110 is brightly decorated with an aquamarine master bedroom, colorful guest bedroom and bright living area. There is carpet in the bedrooms and laminate floors in the rest. This unit is situated at the north end of the inner courtyard and is one of the coolest units on the property as it is well protected from the sun.

We were very pleased with our choice to stay at this resort & unit. Good amount of room to spread out with our family of 4, AC worked well in main area as well as in each bedroom, well equipped kitchen, had all basic needs (all bedding, TP, paper towels, dish soap, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent hand soap, garbage bags), free parking, & as a bonus the unit was equipped with beach gear (cooler, snorkeling gear, beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella). Nice clean grills by the pool. The resort itself is beautiful on the grounds as well as the view with the beach in front (Waipuliani Park, Keaka Beach, & Kalepolepo Beach). Though the beach directly in front of the resort is a bit coarse a little bit down is sandy & we enjoyed seeing turtles coming up to rest & swimming in the water. We loved this Kihei location as a central location to explore the island fully as well as to go to grocery stores, restaurants, etc. We recommend & would stay again.

We really enjoyed our 2 week stay at the Luana Kai. Check in/out was easy and so was finding a parking spot within steps of our door. The condo is spacious, the kitchen was well equipped and we really appreciated that enough toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, laundry and DW pods, etc were provided to last the full 2 weeks. Beach gear was also provided. The grounds are lovely and well looked after and so is the pool area. A short walk across a grassy field takes you to the ocean and although it's not great for swimming, it's beautiful at sunset and is nice for long beach walks. The location is convenient, with some amenities within walking distance. There's a bus stop located a few blocks away and loads of restaurants, groceries stores, shops and beautiful beaches are all a short drive away. Management, specifically Leslie and Vanessa, are both awesome.

I've stayed in many properties in Kihei and this one is hands-down the best. Great staff and check-in, nice size property, great location, and the unit was just as advertised. I have NO hesitancy in recommending this to anyone and I'll be back!
