Located in Capdepera, the villa Casa Soleada offers guests a fantastic view of the sea. This 2-storey property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning (only in the bedrooms), a washing machine, a dryer as well as satellite TV. A baby cot and a high chair are also available.
The villa boasts a private outdoor area with a pool, an open terrace, a covered terrace, a barbecue and an outdoor shower.

Pros: The accommodation and swimming pool were fantastic. The property was extremely clean when we arrived and even had the basic items (soap, toilet paper etc) plus a few extras like wine, water, cooking oil etc., already there for our use. The facilities in the villa allow you to feel at home. The outside area is the perfect place to relax.
Cons: The villa is a bit further away from shops etc than I would normally like. A car is definitely required. There is a set of uneven stone steps leading up to the entrance so I would not recommend people with mobility issues to visit this property
