The rooms were newly renovated in 2022 and feature bright, contemporary furnishings.
With a living area of approximately 75 m² spread over two floors, this accommodation offers plenty of space for up to four people.
The living room includes a sleeping area (140x200 cm), as the corner sofa can be pulled out if needed. In addition, this cozy and inviting room features a flat-screen TV, a Wi-Fi-enabled radio for entertainment, as well as various board games, books, and toys for children.
The spacious kitchen not only offers plenty of room for cooking but also comes equipped with numerous amenities that make preparing meals a breeze, even while on vacation. With an oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a ceramic cooktop, a dishwasher, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle, a coffee maker, and other useful small appliances, the kitchen is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired.
The bathroom features a shower, a toilet, a sink, and a hair dryer.
The bedroom, featuring a double bed (140x200 cm), is located on the first floor under the roof and ensures guests enjoy a restful night’s sleep.
There are several parking spaces in the courtyard, and an adjacent large garden is available for a relaxing end to the day.

The apartment was very fresh, clean and perfectly equipped. There is a shop around the corner which was open 7 days a week and has basic supplies. The hosts have communicated all information and prepared a warm welcome. We can warmly recommend booking a stay in Eifelauszeit!
