Everything went just right. House was properly equipped, in order and clean. My only suggestion would be to leave some instructions for operating the split air HVAC as well as the video system.

Host was easy to contact and quick to respond. We were there for Rose Parade. we had seats in grandstand and were able totake Uber for 20 BUT house is located 4 blocks from from end of parade route so we saw end of parade again.Also walkable to Float fest (view floats day after parade). Kitchen could use some restocking: chipped plates, only 4 glasses/cups, no salt, oil... Clean quiet, off street parking.

We had a wonderful stay and couldn’t have been happier with this Vrbo! The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up for a relaxing visit. Everything we needed was provided, and the space felt welcoming from the moment we arrived.The location was very convenient, making it easy to get around and enjoy nearby attractions, while still being quiet and comfortable for resting at the end of the day. The host was responsive, friendly, and made the entire process smooth from check-in to check-out.Overall, this was a great experience and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and stress-free stay.
