Your own private entrance to a 3 beds, 1 sofa bed, 1 bath, & kitchen place. 1 private and secure parking spot. Have another tenant on premise, NO shared space.

Short driving distance to PCC, Cal Tech, Rose Parade, Restaurants, Shops, Metro, & Bus lines. Great central location to Disney, Santa Monica, Hollywood, and everything in LA.

The bungalow was perfect for our party of 4! With a large King-sized bed in the bedroom, a daybed in the common area, and the sofa, the sleeping arrangements were great! James, our host, was also incredibly responsive and helpful! He accommodated us incredibly well and when any questions arose before and during the trip, he was quick to provide solutions. The only thing to consider is the parking arrangement. If you are like me and have an SUV (or larger vehicle), please be advised that the driveway you will be driving into to park your car in the back is EXTREMELY narrow (about 1 1/2-2” clearance on each side). I managed to get in and out twice and it was with a LOT of anxiety! James provides instructions to clear a permit for street parking before your travel if you know you are not the best at maneuvering through tight spaces! Otherwise, good luck! Overall a FANTASTIC experience!
