Welcome to our townhome with 3 bedrooms & 3 full baths, appliances, furniture, Smart TV, and private 2-car garage with dimension of 18' x 18' (Only 2 cars are allowed per stay as we don't have guest parking space in our community, and overnight street parking is not allowed on Allen Ave during weekdays) . Its location makes it super easy for you to get around. No Smoking is allowed inside of our home.

This property was perfect for our stay in Pasadena. Very good location; close to several things to do and places to eat. Garage parking was a plus. Host was very responsive and quick to provide any additional assistance needed before and during our stay. Would definitely recommend this property.

Very impressed with the cleanliness and accessibility of this condo. 4 adults comfortably stayed and having a bathroom for each room was wonderful. Owner was very responsive, including coming over and changing out a battery on the weekend in a smoke alarm! Nice location, walkable neighborhood and quiet. Highly recommend.
