Welcome to our townhome with 3 bedrooms & 3 full baths, appliances, furniture, Smart TV, and private 2-car garage with dimension of 18' x 18' (Only 2 cars are allowed per stay as we don't have guest parking space in our community, and overnight street parking is not allowed on Allen Ave during weekdays) . Its location makes it super easy for you to get around. No Smoking is allowed inside of our home.

I chose this place because I was researching at the Huntington Library and it is only half an hour walk away. It was perfect for our purposes. It is also a short walk from the new metro station. It is off Colorado Blvd., one of the main drags in Pasadena, and there is a selection of small restaurants nearby -- Japanese, Chinese, Persian and Mexican. With a car, it is near to the nice restaurants and shops in Old Town and on Lake Street. The place is spacious, with three bedrooms-- one downstairs. The kitchen, living room and dining room are combined in a large space. The place is well appointed and we were quite comfortable. There is a two-car garage in the basement for this condo. When we had questions, Kang answered swiftly and helpfully. We were very pleased with our stay.

This property was perfect for our stay in Pasadena. Very good location; close to several things to do and places to eat. Garage parking was a plus. Host was very responsive and quick to provide any additional assistance needed before and during our stay. Would definitely recommend this property.

Very impressed with the cleanliness and accessibility of this condo. 4 adults comfortably stayed and having a bathroom for each room was wonderful. Owner was very responsive, including coming over and changing out a battery on the weekend in a smoke alarm! Nice location, walkable neighborhood and quiet. Highly recommend.
