The Space:
This supersized prestigious home sits on 50 acres of secluded forest land nestled on the west brow of Lookout Mountain, making it perfectly located between area attractions. The wooded acreage allows for lots of privacy. The home is centrally located within minutes of all your outdoor adventures and sightseeing! Easy self-check-in process to accommodate various arrival times. Enjoy access to a large gourmet kitchen fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and coffee maker, as well as dishes and utensils. There is also a mini kitchen downstairs. Washer/dryer included. Lots of sleeping configurations can be accommodated in the 6-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom, & 1 theater room country estate. Sleeps 20 comfortably. On the main level enjoy two luxurious master suites both featuring private bathrooms and there is an additional half bath on the main level for guest convenience. Upstairs has 3 bedrooms and a hall bathroom. The first upstairs bedroom has 2 queens, the second has another king bed with a desk, and the third has 4 twin beds. The basement level has another king bedroom, complete with state-of-the-art fitness equipment, and the theatre room seating was constructed with 4 twin mattresses for additional sleeping areas as well. There are also two pack-plays for your convenience.
The main living area of the home has several incredible gathering areas for large families, including a large kitchen, formal dining room, den, and a family/recreational room with a balcony overlooking the living room area. You can also enjoy quality time around the cozy electric fireplace. You have big windows throughout the home to enjoy the views and sunshine. Five Smart TVs in the home, a pool table, and a home theater including a 38" Dolby Atmos 4K SoundBar with 6" rear Dolby Atmos Speakers for your leisure enjoyment. For those who enjoy outdoor leisure activities, there is a private hot tub and a charcoal grill with a table and seating area (don't forget to bring charcoal and firestarter!). Sit on the deck to enjoy the fresh mountain air and breeze. For year-round enjoyment and a luxurious getaway, you can’t get much better than this; you won’t be disappointed! Please note: the 7th bedroom is actually the entertainment room or theater room and has 4 twin beds in it.

This lovely home in the mountains was perfect for our family gathering. Views are beautiful from every room on the main and second floors. The setting was beautiful and it was nice and secluded, yet close to main attractions in the area. The house was huge, and had many amenities that provided comfort and entertainment for everyone. The host was very responsive to any questions we had. Would highly recommend.

Amazing property, phenomenal communication before & during our stay. Would highly recommend this property & Enjoy Unique Stays for anyone to stay. Will definitely return to the Nashville area for my wife and I, plus refer family & friends to use for future trips.

Everything was beautiful and wonderful. The hang gliders were an extra bonus!!! The only thing was the outdoor trash cans were already full when we arrived, so there wasn't much room for our trash bags.

There was construction being done at the house. Our check-in was delayed 2 1/2 hours because they were still cleaning the house until 6:30pm. One Master Bathroom was being remodeled. I was told about this two days before arrival but was also told that it would still usable. This was not the case. The hot tub took 2 days to warm up to be usable, but we did not because you had to walk thru construction "dust" covering half the back deck and hot tub and it got on anything that touched it. The top deck did not have a railing, which I would be is against code to rent like that for safety reasons. I specifically asked if it was a wood burning stove and was told yes. I bought wood to bring and the wood burning stove was gone. Fire pit was filled will construction debris. The house is nice, but it should not have been rented with remodeling in progress.
