Napa Blue Ridge Cabin

We really loved this house, very clean, huge and comfy. We enjoyed the hot tube and the terrace. Just a few minute drive from town centre.

There is no great view from the terraces but just because the house is immersed in the forest.

Beautiful decorated and well maintain

Several issues: 1. No small pans 2.BBQ was dirty 3. No soap on dispenser of first guest room 4. Remote didn’t work on first guest room 5. Porch door in basement needs blinds or curtains 6.Fireplace in basement not working 7. Front door keypad not working, had to call Customer service and they gave me code for lock were keys were

We liked the modern decorations and the hot tub.

We didn’t like that the porch doors did not have curtains. My children had a rough time sleeping through the night because there were no curtains and anyone could just see through. The beds were pretty hard to sleep on. In the description it has a check by Mountain View yet there were a lot of trees covering view and it was also not sitting on a hill to have a better view. We didn’t like that the property was not fenced around so it didn’t feel too secure to be in the hot tub at night. There were not a lot of necessary cooking utensils. I didn’t like that we didn’t have access to turn off the fan from living room. I didn’t like that it took a long time to get a response whenever I had a question or issue. Tips on how to open/lock front door and how to operate remotes would have been handy as well. At first appearance, place seemed pretty clean but after closer observation there were dusty areas and a few spider webs.

The craftsmanship, the cleanliness, the space and just everything. It was close to downtown and outside activities. We loved this property and we will be coming back.
