About this house rental
This home is very comfortable. It provides covered parking for two vehicles, additional parking for a boat, an RV, or additional vehicles. It has three rooms and two bathrooms that can accommodate up to 8 people and enough toiletries to make any stay a care free stay. The home has a pool, BBQ, outdoor dinning area and screened in patio with lounging furniture. It is located 3 miles from the beach. There is a train track about 500 yards from the property. The backyard is fenced in but not secure enough to leave pets unattended. There is a thick berm of trees and bushes that helps shield from the noise when trains go by but if you’re a light sleeper, this is not the property for you. The location is amazing and the property itself is in like new condition. We accept pets please bring your kennel just in case you need to leave your furry friends at home alone. We don’t allow pets on the furniture and will be very candid with our reviews. We do everything we can to make your stay comfortable and pleasant. We expect our guests to have the same attitude towards us.

The host was very responsive and accommodating of our early check in request. The pool was great! There was throw up on the outside patio on our arrival. I will say the “pet-friendly” is a bit misleading as pets are only allowed in some parts of the home. Pets are not welcome in the living room at all so we felt limited to the dining room and bedrooms. There was also a not so friendly message on the fridge, “NO PARTIES! NO FUN!” - which also gave an unwelcome feel. Parking was ample.
