Less than a 5 minute walk is a brand new park with swings for the kids, a boat ramp, tennis courts and public dock for fishing. Publix grocery store is less than 5 mins down the road. The house is beautiful, clean has easy access to the speedway which was the reason for my stay great fenced in yard. The Owner is really nice answers all questions. highly recommend.

This is our second year in a row staying here. We had a package being delivered and Billy was kind enough to put it inside when he saw it. GREAT communications at all times.Beautiful property, great parking, great location and just comfortable.We do bring our pets and it is fantastic for this with the back yard. Will definitely be back for year 3!

House was super nice and great location! Would definitely stay again. Only thing I would recommend is bigger kitchen trash can and the mattresses could use update. Communication was great with Billy and was very accommodating!
