Great property and excellent views. Our family enjoyed our time here. The couch has a pull out bed which gave us the extra space we needed with 3 teenagers. This unit comes with beach towels and access to beach chairs, floatation devices, wake boards and other various beach items you might need. Lisa quickly handled the one small issue we had. The only negative was the disorganization in the kitchen cabinets...lol. My wife took it upon herself to start organizing the drawers one night. But it all seriousness, the property was great and we'd stay here again!

Our stay was great! It’s exactly as described. The views are wonderful! I would definitely stay here again. The property manager was very nice and accommodating. The owner was very nice and responsive!

THE GOOD: The view was amazing. Especially the city view at night. Morning view was nice also, Sun shined in the living room most of the day (that was a bit of a disappointment) as there were no curtains in that area.
Both bedrooms had blinds which were appreciated.
Lines were provided with extra blankets
Kitchen was nice
Bathrooms clean
THE DISAPPOINTMENT:
Building is extremely old and doesn’t seem to have aged well.
One of the 2 elevators were broken most of the time
we were there and with 25 floors it was a challenge to catch it without it being packed. We walked 22 flights of stairs with a 5 years twice.
Check in wasn’t as planned but we made it through. The unit owner was great with her instructions, but the property manager was out with illness, so we had a “tenant” to show us the things we needed to know. Property manager was also “out of town” on the Holiday weekend, so we had no one to go to in emergencies. We managed, but couldn’t help but pray we didn’t need anything major.
Sink in MB stopped up several times. So we quit using it - there wasn’t anyone to help us get it fixed.
Furniture on balcony was rusted at the bottom and broken, that’s a health hazard.
Fire alarm was missing from the wall.
Logins for the app TVs we’re a hassle.
Soaps and bath washes were not single use (gross)
MB vanity had another’s stuff in it (gross)
Refrigerator does not have ice or water
Residents seemed annoyed by visiting families.
