The space includes a comfortable living room with a pull-out couch that sleeps two additional guests, a well-equipped kitchen, and a dining area, all thoughtfully arranged for your convenience. A half bathroom is located on the main floor for added ease.
Upstairs, you’ll find three thoughtfully designed bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: Two twin beds, ideal for kids or friends.
Bedroom 2: A queen bed with a dedicated desk, perfect for remote work or study.
Master Bedroom: A luxurious king bed with a spacious walk-in closet and a private bathroom for ultimate comfort and convenience.
The second floor also includes a full bathroom and a convenient laundry room for longer stays. Additionally, all three bedrooms are equipped with smart TVs for your entertainment.

We had a great stay in this house...it was clean and felt new and modern, was well-furnished, and provided everything we needed for a week's stay. Comfortable king bed and nice bathrooms. The historic district where it is located is really a lovely area, and we walked down to the river district many times....very walkable. Good restaurants and bars and coffee shops nearby. Highly recommended for anyone coming to see a show at Greenfield Lake...it's only five minutes away. We will stay here again!

Beautiful almost brand new house that looks exactly like pictures (maybe even better). Perfectly located in a quiet neighborhood just a few blocks from downtown. We would definitely stay here again.

Great stay! The host was very accommodable when we arrived a few hours early. Great location not far from the riverwalk and downtown area. House was very clean and perfect for a buddies trip!

The house was immaculate and looks to be brand new. The AC worked great, water pressure was good, off street parking was very convenient. The location was so central to everything. About a half mile to market and front street where a lot of great restaurants are. Would definitely recommend this to anyone and would rebook next time we come to Wilmington.
