About this house rental
Our home is perfect for everyone! The large 40' x 20' pool is fun for all. The home offers two master bedrooms with televisions, and full sized bunkbeds in the children's room with a full size crib. There is both a Livingroom to watch television and a large game room with a television and table for four to play your favorite boardgames or cards . The house is just a short walk to Wilmington's most premiere shopping, dinning and parks. Guest can enjoy the beach's in minutes from this location, 7.3 miles to Wrightsville Beach NC, 13.2 miles to Carolina Beach. Historic downtown Wilmington with the famous Riverwalk and Live Oak Pavilion is a short 4.2 miles. We love fur babies, but our HOA requires only safe breeds and that you provide records of veterinary prescribed flea and tick medication. We also ask that you only bring dogs that are good with kids and other dogs.

We had a very enjoyable stay at the pool house! Here is why we loved it:The House: Comfortable, spotlessly clean, and perfectly equipped with all the amenities a group of 7 needed.The Location: Great area, plenty of parking, and situated in a lovely, peaceful, and quiet neighborhood.The Host: Incredibly attentive and accommodating. They responded immediately when we asked for a few things and made a quick repair right away.Thanks for a wonderful stay!

The entire property inside and out was well kept and amazing. The pool was perfect and very clean. We had 10 of us staying and there was plenty of room for us all. TVs in every room made the kids happy. AC worked perfectly. Lots of towels and extra pillows the beds where very comfortable and clean. And the whole process from check in to check out was very easy and painless we loved our stay tremendously. I visit every year for the Azalea Festival and next year if this property is available I'll definitely be booking it.
