This property is in a great location for a weekend in Provincetown! It is centrally located and easy to find. This is my first time staying at a location that did not offer a parking spot, we had no trouble finding one for the weekend. The home was clean and overall as described. The host was responsive to messages. We did not cook, but it appeared that the kitchen was well appointed. A few things that made our stay a little short of a five star review: we were left with 1.25 rolls of toilet paper for two people for four days so after spending 850 for a weekend, I had to go out and buy toilet paper. I booked this property specifically for the king-size bed. However, the bed sinks into the middle so you just roll into each other all night. This defeated the purpose of the king size bed. I know beds are subjective but, by Sunday, we were contemplating leaving a day early bc of the back pain. The shower only got lukewarm despite the sink water being very hot. On a cold, rainy weekend taking a cold shower was not ideal. Overall, I would recommend this location.

The location was excellent. Literally steps from Commercial Street. Access was by door code. The listing was accurate in terms of the types of spaces (living room, kitchen, bath and one bedroom), but the condition left something to be desired. The living room was fine, with a couch and two sizeable chairs. The kitchen was clean and had the usual utensils and cookware. The digital display on the range, however, was broken and we had to guess at how many presses of the "Up" arrow would get you to the temp you wanted. The bedroom was a mixed bag. The bed itself was OK, but was up on a homemade wooden platform that stuck out beyond the bed threatening nighttime ankles. The cord to one of the nightstand lamps was simply lying on the floor because it didn't reach an outlet. The mirrors above the bed were...interesting. There was a cabinet with an unpainted plywood shelf and similar...laundry bin(?). The closet was functional, but contained a water heater, piping, etc. Everything just needed a paint job.The bathroom had seen some updating. The standing shower was new, but had mold. There were pipe ends poking through the tile...I hate to think about the water infiltration there. One of the doors on the vanity had a broken hinge. We weren't there long enough to unpack, so none of the issues were show-stoppers. They just pointed to a rental that relied solely on its location. The owner is in Fla, I believe, but there is a local contact.I'll pick a different property next time.
