This sunny second-floor, two-story condo at a popular garden complex - provides a quiet, romantic setting in the heart of Provincetown. Conveniently located behind the historic Town Hall just below the awe-inspiring Pilgrims Monument. This comfortable, upscale unit is just one block away from delightful shops, restaurants, cocktail lounges, theaters, art galleries, cabaret shows, and more!
Dorian Gray is kept pristinely clean, beautifully decorated, and comes with many wonderful amenities:
• covered porch entrance with wood bench overlooking the serene Bas Relief Park.
• cozy living room complete with 22' flat screen LED Smart TV, couch, coffee table, two-person breakfast nook, and gas fireplace.
• freshly renovated and fully furnished kitchenette with microwave, toaster oven, Keurig coffeemaker and new pots and pans.
• elegant full bath including shower stall with multi-setting turbo shower head and hair dryer. 2 bath towels and 2 hand towels provided. Please bring your own if more is needed.
• private loft bedroom with king-size Swedish Tempur-Pedic bed, 4 king size firm memory foam pillows, 42' flat screen LED Smart TV, Bose soundbar Bluetooth speaker for music, spacious wardrobe closet, half-moon window, and large skylight. 1 set of sheets are provided, please bring your own if more is needed.

• centralized location just one block to Commercial Street, two blocks to Bay Beach and three miles to the Ocean.

NOTE: There are 16 steps leading up to the condo landing and 12 steps to the loft bedroom. May not be suitable for someone with mobility issues.
During “High Season” June through end of September, rentals are Saturday to Saturday only. "Off Season" September through end of May, rentals are 3 night minimum,
Bookings for Bear Week and Carnival Week are an additional charge.

Very cute place in a great location. It’s small, but ideally set up. It’s perfect for a couple or someone traveling alone. It’s just a short block from Commercial Street, giving you quick access, but quiet from the crowds. The outdoor setting is a beautiful courtyard shared with others. Parking is a little out of the way and up a steep hill, but not a problem. The host always answered any questions quickly. We would definitely stay here again. .

A cute little apartment a block from the main Street. Everything you need to enjoy a weekend visit. The unit was clean, modern and comfortable. It was a bright space with all the windows and the skylight. I use VRBOs so I can cook instead of eating out and the kitchen had everything I needed and was easy to use. The bedroom loft made the space seem bigger. I was able to enjoy the town and explore the beach trails. Totally appreciate the parking pass and a place to park while there!!! Only caution would be for anyone challenged with mobility - it is roughly a 1/4 mile (maybe just under) walk to the parking lot.
