This was a great place to stay, I almost don’t want to share it! It had plenty of space to live and sleep (if tiny homes are your thing), was very private yet close to everything, and the host was very helpful and clear. It was a bit rainy for us to use the outdoor space but that was nice to have too. We’d love to revisit!

This place was fantastic! In a nutshell if the whole world of people were of his Disposition... Boy oh boy what a place it would be.Big things to point out... He was quick in response. He was focused on follow up. His place was exactly what he described it as and my 3 days after working 16 hour days for 88 days straight for Tax Season... I just needed a place retreat to solo and get my head and body back together.Thanks bud!! You have a fantastic place. Will be back next year at that time!! If not sooner.

Our experience staying at this property was positive enough to make us consider purchasing a tiny house... The location is wonderful. We walked downtown to commercial street several times despite the pouring rain and flooding during our visit. We did not have any issues finding parking in the public lot across the street (make sure you read about parking situation before booking), though perhaps the rain helped us out. The property was clean and comfortable and has some outdoor seating options that we used between storms. Appliances inside are modern, including the ceiling fan, HVAC unit, TV, and bathroom fixtures. Entire place was beautiful inside and was well taken care of. We will be sure to consider this next time we're visiting the Cape!
