About this house rental
Incredible location, 5min walk to the beach at 30th Ave, 2 blocks from soccer, tennis, basketball, a huge playground and park at the IOP Rec center. Large fenced & landscaped back yard with live oaks, new swimming pool and outdoor shower. Sunny deck & screened porch. 20min to downtown Charleston.

Nice property and good location; hvac was out the first few days but once fixed went more smoothly. Owners are responsive. Pool was great and yard great for kids. Couple of wasp nests that need to be removed from front porch near swing.

The house accomadated us nicely. Pool and things to do in yard was great. Had everything you would need for the beach.
My only suggestion is change out living room couches, or at least one of them. They are very low which makes it very hard to get out of for the older folks. They just werent very comfortable.

What a stunning home and property. We enjoyed every minute of our stay here. The property was in the perfect location, the pool was delightful, and the house was sparkling clean. We will definitely be staying again.

This house is a perfect setup for a large family with children. The three bedrooms are large with three full baths. The pool and outside amenities were just great. My grandsons loved the zip-line, soccer goal, and especially night swimming with the colored pool lights. The kitchen is very nice and anything you would need is provided. Dan will even provide a golf cart for easy access to the beach for a really good rate. The gourmet doughnuts that he had delivered were a little happy which we all enjoyed!! We will definitely stay again.
