About this house rental
3003 Cameron Blvd is just one block from the beach—only about a 4-minute walk to the ocean! This one-of-a-kind Isle of Palms getaway has everything you could want in a beach retreat, with 6 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, and 2 half bathrooms, plus plenty of space for the whole group to relax and spread out.
The outdoor spaces are designed for making vacation memories. Relax on the large covered porch with comfortable seating, cool off in the private pool, or gather around the outdoor dining table for dinner by the grill. The beautifully landscaped pool area features privacy fencing, a spacious patio, and an outdoor shower with warm water—your own private outdoor oasis.
Downstairs, the garage area has been transformed into a fun hangout space complete with a ping pong table and bar area, perfect for friendly competition after a day at the beach.
Inside, the reverse floor plan places the main living areas and kitchen on the top floor to take advantage of the views and open layout. The custom kitchen features a gas stove, plenty of prep space, and seating at both the dining table and breakfast bar—ideal for everything from summer cookouts to holiday meals at the beach.
Step outside onto the second-floor porch, then head up the spiral staircase to the rooftop deck where you can enjoy the coastal breezes.

The house was wonderful! We had plenty of room. It was so clean. Everything we needed in kitchen and the whole house. We had great fun at and in the pool and grilling out! We enjoyed the beach! We also had fun on the Eco Boat trip, Patriots Point, Pineapple fountain and the Market. Along with Sullivan's island and mini- golf! Our whole family enjoyed our stay tremendously!

The house is in an awesome location and is a great layout so everyone has their space. The yard and pool are nice and there is privacy from the neighbors. The kitchen is well stocked and there are a number of chairs, umbrellas, and sand toys for a day at the beach. However, the house needs some serious TLC. Seemed as if it has been rented back to back without having a deep (needed) cleaning. Also, some mattresses are worn and need replacement. The pool had a lot of sand in the bottom and there was a bikini bathing suit top at the bottom of the pool and a pair of false eyelashes on the patio next to the pool. Some of the pots and pans needed to be scrubbed before we could use them. The kitchen cabinet knobs were sticky. The burners on the outdoor grill need replacement. We were also surprised that some bathrooms had no toilet paper and some were missing hand towels. And carpeting in bedrooms could use some steam cleaning. With some needed TLC this would be an awesome beach vacation home and we would recommend it. (NOTE: We did contact the rental company the morning after we arrived about the pool and they did send the pool company over to clean it. We did not contact the realty company on all our concerns as we were there only three days.)
