Whether you are planning a family vacation, a friends' retreat, or an extended beach escape, this beautifully updated 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath home offers everything you need for a truly relaxing stay on the South Carolina coast. Thoughtfully designed for both comfort and entertaining, this elevated home features spacious indoor and outdoor living areas, a private resort-style saltwater pool, and an ideal location just a short 0.4 mile walk or bike ride to the beach.
BRIGHT, OPEN-CONCEPT LIVING
Step inside to a bright, open-concept living area defined by soaring ceilings, beautiful hardwood floors, and abundant natural light. The main living room serves as the heart of the home—a cozy, welcoming space to gather after a day at the beach, built-in speakers, and ample indoor seating for everyone. The fully renovated kitchen is a chef's dream, equipped with stainless steel appliances, propane gas cooktop, convection microwave, high-end countertops, and stocked with everything needed to cook and serve family meals. A spacious walk-in pantry ensures you have plenty of room for all your groceries and beach snacks. With two separate living spaces, your group will have plenty of room to spread out. Upstairs, a second family room opens onto a covered porch—the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind with refreshing island breezes in the evening.

Spend your afternoons floating in the resort-style saltwater pool (featuring beautiful fountains and evening lighting), relax on the screened porch with a good book, or grill out and enjoy an al fresco dinner on the back deck overlooking the pool. After a day in the sand, rinse off in the fully enclosed outdoor shower before gathering for another evening under the stars. The fenced backyard provides plenty of privacy and room to soak up the coastal sunshine.
