About this apartment rental
We are offering this charming 48 m² flat with a swimming pool for rent in the town of Villers-sur-Mer; it can accommodate up to 4 guests. Situated on the first floor (with a lift), it comprises a lovely 20 m² living room, a fully fitted kitchen, a beautiful bedroom, a bathroom and a balcony. Wi-Fi is available – we’re just waiting for you!
The north-east-facing property is laid out as follows:
- A 20 m² living room with a TV, a double sofa bed and a dining area seating four guests.
- A fully fitted kitchen including: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob and a Nespresso pod coffee machine…
- A bedroom with a double bed (140×190), a TV and access to a small balcony.
- A shower room.
- Separate toilet.
Outdoors:
- A 7 m² balcony with furniture to enjoy the sunny days
Communal area:
- A shared (heated) swimming pool comprising two pools, one of which is for children, enclosed by a fence and accessible from 15 June to 15 September (opening dates are subject to change).
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional appliances: washing machine and tumble dryer.
The flat is ideally situated in Villers-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant setting within a secure residential complex featuring a 3.5-hectare park with a tennis court. Just a 15-minute walk from the town centre, you’ll find all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market…
